We handle commercial loans (including SBA loans) for area lenders and for many of our business clients. We work closely with our clients and the lenders from the loan application process through the closing. Our responsibilities include providing all documents and materials requested by the loan commitment letter, reviewing and commenting on the draft loan documents, attending the closing, and following up on post-closing requirements.

Frequently, we begin this process by setting up a client's corporation or limited liability company and assisting with the client's purchase of an ongoing business or real estate asset, including commercial loan representation. On an ongoing basis, we prepare contracts, leases, and other documents for our business clients; provide legal advice on business issues as our clients' businesses mature; and represent them in litigation matters as needed.
